Authentic Authority
Creators must maintain a minimum “Topic Authority” score. Use of bot-followers, engagement pods, or misrepresented metrics results in an immediate platform ban.
Escrow Protection
Brands must pre-fund campaigns. Funds are held in our secure vault and released only when the creator meets the agreed-upon brief milestones.
AI IP Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a custom brief, creators retain the raw copyright of their content, while brands gain a multi-platform usage license.
The Fine Print for Pros.
1. Professional Conduct
All communication must occur within the Improvise Daily dashboard to ensure auditability. Off-platform transactions “disintermediation” are strictly prohibited and void all payment protections.
2. Deliverables & Deadlines
Creators are bound by the deadlines set in the “Campaign Brief.” A 24-hour grace period is allowed, after which a 10% daily penalty may be applied to the payout at the Brand’s discretion.
3. Dispute Resolution
In case of a brief disagreement, our **Human-in-the-Loop** arbitration team will review the raw footage and brief requirements. Our decision is final and binding for both parties.
